Who are we?
Holy Redeemer has one of the most active Men’s Clubs in the area. Each month 40+ men congregate in the basement of C.J. Mugg’s to discuss upcoming fund raising events, appropriate money to worthy parish inspired endeavors and have a good time along the way. No one is under any obligation to participate. There are no annual dues collected and the main objective is to foster fellowship among the men of Holy Redeemer parish. The Men’s Club harnesses the energy and enthusiasm of a large group of good guys that live with the HR boundaries to make life in and around our parish a little bit better.
What do we do?
- Builds a sense of fellowship among parishioners.
- Provides scholarships for worthy students in the parish.
- While we are not specifically a fundraising arm of the parish, we are historically strong at it; the avenues for fundraising are 1) The Christmas Tree Lot, 2) The Annual Golf Tournament, and 3) The Annual Trivia Night. These fundraising events have raised money for parish specific needs, such as the playground, field renovation, property fences, Haiti funds, Ability Awareness, Birthright Rose Sales.
Where do we meet?
Men’s Club Meetings are usually held in basement of CJ Mugg’s at 8:30pm on the 4th Thursday night of the month. If the meeting place changes it will be listed here. Please join us!
